Return Policy: 
Important: All returns and exchanges must be received within 60 days.

Refunds:
If the customer has any dissatisfaction with our products the customer has the option to receive a refund. Shipping cost are not refundable.

Procedure:
Ship merchandise back to Gyver along with a copy of the invoice and a briefstatement indicating your request for a refund. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Gyver will refund the amount of the merchandise. Refunds will take from 1 to 2 weeks to process.

Exchanges:
Gyver will exchange merchandise upon the customers request.
Shipping cost are not refundable.

Procedure:
Ship merchandise back to Gyver along with a copy of the invoice and the item number(s) in which the customer would like an exchange. Upon arrival, Gyver will ship out the new item. If the value of the new item is above or below the value of the original item, adjustments will be made accordingly. Exchange will take from 1 to 2 weeks to process.

Defective products:
Gyver will exchange all defective merchandise.
Shipping cost are not refundable.

Procedure:
Ship merchandise back to Gyver along with a copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise. Upon arrival, Gyver will exchange and reship the item.

Credit Card/PayPal Charging Policy:
Payment will be processed immediately upon receipt of the order.

Order Verification:
For your protection, all suspect orders are subject to verification.
Suspect orders will be held until verified.

In/Out of Stock Policy:
In Stock items generally ship within 1 to 7 business days even if you have paided for overnight. Some items we are able to have sent to us within 1 day from our local vendors. Out of Stock items could take up to 1 to 4 weeks to ship if ordered. All cases are subject to special ordering.

We offer shipping anywhere in the United States for products delivered by United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. Faster shipping by Priority Mail (2-4 days) and by FedEx/UPS (within continental U.S.) are also available at an additional cost.

If you have placed an order the shipping department has received your order.

In Stock items generally ship within 1 to 7 business days even if you have paided for overnight. Orders after 4pm process the next business day. Out of Stock items could take up to two weeks or more to ship.The shipping department will contact you if there will be a delay if its longer than two weeks.

If you have paid for tracking you will get a email when the package has been shipped with that tracking information.

USPS DELIVERY:
If your package is shipping by USPS, you will receive a delivery confirmation number. This only confirms delivery to your location and does not provide transit information. After we ship your order you will receive your order within 2 - 7 business days if it is being shipped within the United States. Your package will be delivered by your routine postal worker along with your other mail. Shipping time varies based on where you live and the shipping method.
